Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Ridgecrest, CA
HTL Management advised the owner regarding development related matters as well as pre-opening activities. HTL manages the 103-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites opened in 2022 pursuant to a long term management agreement.
The Hotel is located directly across the street from the Ridgecrest Regional Hospital and near the entrance to the Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake. Ridgecrest is surrounded by four mountain ranges which provide a variety of recreational activities in the area. Lake Isabella is located to the east and the Mojave Desert National Preserve and its notorious Death Valley is situated to the east.
Hampton Inn & Suites - Sequoia National Park (Three Rivers, CA)
(Construction starting: Fall 2022 – Opening: Spring 2024)
HTL was selected to help the owner from the inception of this proposed hotel development project. Construction of this proposed 3-story, 105 key, Hampton Inn & Suites located near the entrance to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park in the town of Three Rivers, CA is scheduled for completion in Spring 2024.
The facilities will include over 40 - Hampton Inn suite units, a 1,200 square foot meeting room and an outdoor patio for special events use, outdoor pool and fitness center. HTL will coordinate all Pre-opening Management services and will manage the asset on a long term basis once completed.
Hyatt Place – Delano (Bakersfield), CA
HTL assisted its client from the inception of this four story, 100-room, upper mid-market hotel development which includes a café and lounge, 3,850 square foot ballroom divisible into four smaller meeting rooms, 3,000 square feet of adjacent garden meeting space, fitness room and pool/spa. Initially we worked with the owner to identify the best franchise opportunity for the site followed by assistance in the contract negotiations. Once secured, we worked with the architect to optimize the building layout for the site and coordinated closely with the owner and the various development team members including the general contractor, lender, FF&E purchasing agent and installation company. We performed all the pre-opening services in a timely manner to meet Hyatt’s requirements to open the hotel including among others the hiring and training of the hotel staff and implementation of a sales, marketing and revenue management strategy.
Hyatt House Hotel & Apartment Building – Pomona (Los Angeles), CA
(Currently Under Construction - Opening Fall 2023)
The Company worked with the owner to secure the Hyatt House franchise required to construct a combination five-story, 142-room, upper upscale extended stay Hyatt House Hotel and 86-unit apartment building. The Hotel component will include a café, lounge, meeting space, fitness center and large outdoor pool.
As with the Hyatt Place – Delano, we are assisting on all facets of the development and will be charged with the pre-opening services and on-going management of the completed facility.
Homewood Suites by Hilton - Santa Clarita (Los Angeles), CA
HTL was selected by ownership to assist with development services and construction oversight for this upscale, five-story, 107-room, Homewood Suites by Hilton. The HTL Management Team also was responsible for all pre-opening management activities. The Property is managed subject to a long-term management contract.
This well located extended stay Property is situated in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles County. More specifically, it is situated just off Interstate-5 in the foot hills of the Santa Susana Mountain Range with wonderful views of the Valley and the Six Flags Amusement Park.
The Hotel provides guests with a free breakfast and offer use of a fitness center, swimming pool and meeting space.
Hampton Inn - Santa Clarita (Los Angeles), CA
(Currently Under Construction - Opening Spring 2023)
HTL has been selected to assist the owner with the construction of this 78-room Hampton Inn - Santa Clarita. HTL will also coordinate all Pre-opening Management services and will manage the asset on a long term basis once completed.
This five story Property is located just off Interstate 5 and overlooks the Six Flags Amusement Park and the Santa Susana Mountains. This facility will offer all guests a free breakfast, meeting space and use of the fitness center and outdoor swimming pool.
Home2 by Hilton - Watsonville, CA
(Currently Under Construction - Opening Summer 2023)
HTL was selected by ownership to assist in the construction of this 82-room Home2 by Hilton extended stay hotel. The HTL Management Team will also oversee all the Pre-opening Management activities and manage the Property subject to a long term management contract once the construction is completed.
This five-story property will be located just off Pacific Coast Highway 1 on the main thoroughfare of downtown Watsonville. The hotel site is situated only a short drive from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Amusement Park and the Monterey Peninsula which offers tourists retail shopping and restaurants at the Cannery Row & Carmel By The Sea, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Laguna Raceway and numerous wineries, golf courses and other tourist attractions.
The Hotel will provide guests a free breakfast and offer use of a fitness center and meeting space.
Tru by Hilton – Oxnard, CA
(Construction starting April 2022 with a planned Opening date of Spring 2023)
HTL has provided hotel development services assistance to the owner of Hilton’s newest branded hotel product. The five-story 88-room Property will include a roof-top observation deck, exercise room and swimming pool.
The Hotel will be strategically located where California Highway 101 meets Pacific Coast Highway 1 in Ventura County near Port Hueneme and NAS Point Mugu Navel Air Station. More specifically, the site is located in the Esplanade Shopping Center along with Nordstrom Rack, In & Out Burger, BJ’s Brewery and Restaurant, Walmart and other major retail outlets. The Hotel will be in close proximity to pristine beaches of the Pacific Ocean as well as numerous nearby shopping centers and entertainment venues.
